There was a time when I would feel guilty that Facebook was open on my computer at work.  There was a time when Facebook was mainly for fun and play.

These days, it’s just as much a professional communication tool as my Outlook.  I actually have both open at the moment, and I’ve sent more messages on Facebook today than I have on Outlook.  For me anyway, Facebook is becoming the main means of communication because it integrates – status updates, short wall posts, my blog posts, messaging, and then also checking up on everyone else.

You can’t feel guilty any more for having Facebook open as well as Outlook.
