A friend of mine walked into my office today.  He was telling me about this wonderful article that he had printed for a paper that he was doing for graduate studies.  He showed me the article, and it happened to be one that I had published a few years ago.  He was telling me how he was loving the ideas, and that he loved the way that the author had explained the ideas.  Then he got to the end and checked out who the author was.  He came right over to tell me.  He also asked if he could read my dissertation that I’m working on and he wants to quote the unpublished dissertation.  It’s great to share ideas.
