I got the new book by Seth Godin – Linchpin today. I haven’t started reading it. It doesn’t go on sale until January 26th, and I’ll probably have it read by then. Honestly, I have on idea what it’s about, but if you have it as well, let’s read it together and share ideas.
Linchpins are the essential building blocks of organizations. They get the best jobs and the most freedom – or so the book cover says. I’ll let you know what I learn.
