I have been reading Linchpin – and I have been writing my insights – not so much about the book itself, but the application of the ideas from the book to my life.

Seth talks about this idea of a manual.  If you have a job that has a manual that tells you how to do your job – then your job is to just follow the manual and to not think because the manual has laid out for you how you are to do your job.

But even if you there is a manual that you have to follow to do your job – you can still be remarkable if you do your job with passion and art.  Once again, you have to check out the book to fully understand what that means.
