Once again, this is one of my lessons in leadership – not one that I’m teaching, but the ones that I’m learning.

When a person is able to connect their passion with one of their skills (ability), they can lead.   Nothing can stop them.  We can develop passion and grow our passions – whatever they might be.  We can also develop our skills (ability) – whatever they might be.  You can grow and develop both of these areas, but if you are able to connect your passion with your skill or ability – You Can Lead.  Nothing can stop you.

Passion + Skill (Ability) = Unstoppable Leadership.
