Ken Robinson says – we are raising kids that are afraid to be wrong. We have stigmatized mistakes. We want everyone to be perfect – well, at least our version of perfect. I guess I love the idea of coming up with Original things. I don’t think we are all called to that, but there is tremendous freedom when we can create space and not be afraid to be wrong. I guess I also have to be prepared for lots of wrong decisions, but so long as it leads to making better right decisions.
