I Don’t Get Paid Enough To Do That

is about the lamest excuse ever.  In fact, I was thinking about this this morning.  I don’t even want to use that excuse to not do something that I should do.  It doesn’t matter that it’s not in my area or in my realm of responsibility.  My motivation should be to help people, and not that I don’t get paid enough for it.

But what do we need to do in order to enlighten our subconscious?  What are you thinking right now about this post?  How do I teach this to my students – that your value and worth is not based just on what you get paid to do?  Don’t limit yourself.
