I work with college students. Every 4 years, we see a new crop of students, and there is not enough technology and insight in the world to know how these students will turn out in 4 years. There is not way I can know what the world will be like tomorrow – much less 4 years from now. But I get to impact students in what I get to do. Many of them wouldn’t even be able to identify what that is.

I get to educate for the unknown.  We get to challenge and shape young minds – who have no idea what they are going to be doing and who they are.
