I don’t know how else to say it, but sometimes I just hear a song or listen to a type of music that just takes me to the heavens. Do you know what I am talking about?
Sometimes it’s just one chord – a chord in the middle of a song. Sometimes it’s the singer. Sometimes it’s the lyrics. Sometime I just can’t even put my finger on it, but it just music that takes me to a higher place – the heavens is what I call it.
If you experience the same thing, help me explain it.
One song that does that to me is “Learning To Fly” from Pink Floyd. I just really feel that song and I literally feel as if I could fly and this raging joy! It’s great stuff….
Not many songs out there can make you feel something like that.
It’s always great when you put out a post and someone out in the ether agrees or connects with it.
You know what’s great about it – a song can connect with one person, but not necessarily with someone else. I guess that’s the beauty in it. Raging Joy – I love that. I want to think about that and write a post on it. Thanks for the comment.
