I’m sure you bloggers already know this, but just in case you don’t-tag some of your posts with your name.  Add tags that describe the post, but also add your name so that you can be found.

It also helps to just create a tag with your name so that you become a findable category.  I accidentally ran across it when I tagged one of my friends.  I did a search for him on google and one of the hits was my blog post where I tagged him with his name.  I started doing it with my name.  I don’t do it all the time, but it does help you in the searches.

So when appropriate, use our name in your post – like Lem Usita does.
