I was listening to a podcast, and they brought up a great point. With all of the things that Facebook is doing with opt out privacy and Twitter with their ad model – there’s alot of complaining going on with a free service that provide. You can sign up for either for free – yet people will complain about a free service.
And it’s not just with social media. It happens with alot of free things. You give someone something for free and then – because they deserve it – they’ll complain about this free thing that you’ve given them. Then they’ll use the same free service to complain to everyone about you.
Get used to it.
