Steve Jobs is good at saying NO.  He says NO to Flash.  He says NO to tethering.  He says NO to other phone carriers.  He says NO to things that just don’t make sense to him, and everyone hates him for it.  I mean – hates him, but he stays true to his convictions and his values – and he doesn’t waiver.

There is power is saying NO.  Sometimes doing so keeps you on track.
