I got to hear Andy Stanley tonight.  He was pretty good.  It was a pretty good talk.

He had a great quote tonight.  Actually, he had a few great quotes tonight, but I loved this one quote.  He was talking to a bunch of Southern Baptist pastors, and he said this – Your church is perfectly designed to get the results that you’re getting.  Okay, so never mind that he was talking to pastors about their churches – the principle is still good.  Your Design = Your Results.  You can talk all you want, your results come from your design.  Evaluate.  Clarify.
