I was working through my Google Reader today and came across a post from Seth Godin entitled Running away vs. running toward.  Here’s the post.

I love the question – Are you chasing or being chased?  Are you leading or following?  Are you fleeing or climbing?  Such great questions.  I thought about it myself, and I don’t know how I’d answer those questions.  Of course I want to answer that I’m leading an climbing, but I really don’t know.

I think in some ways I can’t answer these questions.  The people that I surround myself with can though.  I’ll ask them.
