Too Much of a Good Thing is too Much

I just had sushi for lunch.  I heard this morning on the news that having more sushi – especially the fish that is high in Omega-3 will keep you heart healthy.  Not that I need an excuse to have more sushi, but that made me want to be heart healthy.

I asked the sushi chef about it, and he told me about one of his customers who had sushi 3 times a week for 2 months straight.  Now, it’s good to eat sushi to be more heart healthy, but he ate too much and made him sick.

Sushi = Good.  Too much = too much.
