Contingency Theory – is the official name for “Leadership is Situational.”  I didn’t know that when I wrote Leadership Lesson 13, but like I said in the post, these are the leadership lessons that I’m learning.

You can find a pretty good summary of the Contingency Theory by clicking on it.  On this website, you’ll find a fair amount of information in summary form on a variety of disciplines.  It’s a great place to start when you need the theoretical constructs for leadership and management in business.  It’s where I start anyway.  It’s a great resource for developing your practice.
