I follow Seth’s Blog and I also follow Tom’s Blog. Today Seth posted “The hierarchy of success.” Tom tweeted that he %100 disagreed. Seth put strategy first and tactics second. Tom would do it the other way.
They both are successful, write tons of books, and teach their stuff. Who is right? Well, both of them. Everyone is different. Every situation requires a different leadership approach. I think we could argue either approach, but the main idea is to have strategy and tactics. The order doesn’t matter – as long as you have both.
