It is a Japanese word that means improvement. I’ve seen it in business and leadership literature. Gar has written a great article on Personal Kaizen – or an approach to personal improvement. Check out his blog post here.
He gives 15 principles for personal kaizen. Now keep in mind that his focus is design, creativity, and presentation so the principles pertain to that, but theres a certain level of creativity that is needed in leadership or just in life.
