Intangible Value

I was listening to a talk from an advertising man, and he talked about intangible value as being more important than the price you pay for a good or service – that sometimes you can have the intangibe value of something be worth more than the intrinsic value of that thing.  It made me thing about that idea – that intangible value can be worth more, but even more rudimentary than that – that this is this idea of intangible value.  That is that value that makes something a purple cow.  That is that value that I can work on that will increase the value of whatever it is that I’m providing.  It really is an emotional/behavioral/psychological extrinsic value
