I am listening through the Gospels.  I am not setting a time limit – Ed did in his book – I’m just going to listen to the gospel.  I’m going to try and do it once a week, but I started on a week that I’m not working.  It’s easy when you’re not working.

I listened thru Mark today.  What a great thing to listen to the book.  First of all, you hear everything in context.  Listening to it has power.  I mean, that’s how it was done for hundreds and hundreds of years.  During the time of the writing of Mark – that’s how the word went out – it was read.  People listened to it.  I’ve been studying it for years.  Listening to it read out – is new.  It is fascinating.
