I have heard 2 authors talk about our bodies using computer analogies to describe what we need to do in our physical bodies.
Jamie Oliver talked about how we need to “reboot” our bodies.
Tim Ferris will be coming out with a book this year that deals with how to “hack” our body.
What has happened that we need to use computer terminology to describe how we need to take care of our bodies.
It’s not a bad thing though. As long as people are living healthier lives – as long as I live a healthier life – I don’t care what the analogy is.
I just think that it’s interesting.
