I saw a tweet today that ask the question if your business was interesting enough for your friends to talk about it.  It went on to talk about the benefits of having friends talk about your business.  Then the article gave 4 things that one can do to make their stuff interesting.

The first one had to do with changing the culture.  In about 2 sentences, they talked about changing the culture.  That’s not that easy.  I mean, it was just listed as if you can just focus harder or do more to change the culture.  That’s difficult stuff.  That takes hard work and alot of time.

If it was that easy – everyone would be doing it.
