For the first time, there will be web addresses that will have non-latin characters in it.  Check out the story here.  I mean, how do we come to call it the world-wide web in the first place when it clearly is so english-centric?

I guess it’s kinda the same thing as having the world series of baseball – where the US wins pretty much every year.  Or the world champion NFL team.  I mean – really, we are the world.  We even wrote a song about it.

Anyway, seriously though – now it’s truly www — but we’re not even using the www anymore.
