How do you waste time? I mean, how do you redeem your time? How many of you go to weekly meetings – where the meetings are over 30 minutes? I go to lots of them. I’m not saying that meetings are a waste of time – especially if it’s part of the culture where you work. I’m just saying that we can be redeem our time when have shorter meetings or when we’re clear about our expectations – 5 minute meetings, saying “no” to things, monitoring the ROI on time.
