LL36: The Steve Jobs Lesson

Ironically enough, this leadership lesson is dedicated to Gary Wozniak and not Steve Jobs.  Follow The Woz.  Once again – these are my lessons; the one’s that I’m learning.

Steve Jobs knows what other people want.  Steve Jobs designs and creates things that people want – even before people know that they want them.  He creates products that are beautiful and easy to use.  Mac fanboys hang on his every word.  Steve Jobs has chosen to not use flash on his products and is strict about what apps get into the iTunes store, but we all want his stuff.  Okay, maybe not all of us, but a good number of us.

The lesson – leadership is knowing what people want – even before they know they want it.

For my other Leadership Lessons.
