Ten Years

Ten years ago – today, I met my wife for the first time. I met her the day after she turned 19. I’ve been in love with her since. On August 2, we will be married for 8 years. It has been awesome.

Talk about identity – when you’re with someone for ten years so much of your life becomes intertwined. The two really becomes one, and that’s from a ten year vet. Imagine those people that have been together for 50 years – they are really one.

Identity is no longer and individual thing at this point for me. Identity is a joint thing. Identity is a two person thing. She has become my identity, and it’s worth it.
