It cracks me up what we as Americans complain about and then when you take a look at our spending habits – spend our money on other things that really make complaining about gas prices such a foolish thing.

I bought gas today for $3.15.  I only bought 4 gallons so do the math, but I also just bought 12 oz of coffee for 1.50 (1 gallon = 128 ounces).  I also just bought 20 ounces of bottled water for 1.80.

I complain about gas prices being so expensive, but I’ll pay more for burnt coffee and filtered tap water in a bottle – and not complain about that.  Either marketing has done a great job or we are just that foolish.
