We all have the ability.  Some of us aren’t as good as others of you, but you all have the ability.  With practice you can get better at it.  I think my general rule of thumb is that the person that says they’re good at reading people – aren’t all that good at it.  If you’re really good at it, you don’t have to say it.  You just do it.  Now I don’t know how people do it.  If I did, this post would be much different, but you know how to do this.

The more that I understand human developmental process – the better I am able to read people.  The ability to read people will make you better at everything else that you do.  Learn how to better read.  If you do a search on Google, it’ll tell you what to do.

What I do is listen to what people say – then learn how to listen to what is not being said.  It always tells you more.
