The end of the year is always filled with a review of what has transpired over the year.  It also is a time for resolutions; to do lists; and things that you should do differently next year.

I always love listening to the quick fixes and lists of things that I have to do.  It always amazes me.  There’s always quick and easy steps – well, seemingly easy answers.  They make it all sound like easy answers, but they are very deep, deep things.  Just stop thinking this way.  Just don’t eat this.  Just do this – it’s easy.

Listen closely to easy answers.  It hardly ever is.  We need accountability.  We need someone to walk us through it – more than just a book or a cd.  Easy answers are hardly that – easy.
