I haven’t written a leadership lesson in awhile.  I guess I haven’t been learning any leadership lessons that I’ve wanted to post.  Leaders though need the ability to reframe the problem (I got the idea watching a documentary).

First of all, there will be problems.

But getting stuck in the problem – well, that’s what most will do.  Leaders will take the challenge and figure it out.  They will reframe the problem – take it apart – and figure it out.

There is only one time that it doesn’t work – when your leader is the problem.
