I think you have to be at least 30 to understand this post, but a sign of progress and change is having the ability to Break the Pattern.
Take a look back at your life, and ask yourself, “Are you able to break the pattern?” It could be any pattern, but mainly the negative ones that keep you down. It’s those destructive patterns that keep you stuck at a job or a mindset. Are you able to break out of patterns that are pretty set. It could’ve been a word that someone said to you that keeps you defeated. It could’ve been an experience that changed your mind about something or even yourself.
Don’t get me wrong. It’s not an easy thing to do. Leaders know how to break the pattern. Very successful people know how to break the pattern. Healthy people are able to break the pattern.
What are your patterns? Knowing them is the first step. How you going to break that pattern? Second step. Give yourself some time and put a great team around you. Third step.
