I have this incredible opportunity to develop leaders. Recently, a friend of mine challenged what I do with developing leaders. They suggested that we change the name of this program to developing character instead of leaders – that it should be a character development program rather than a leadership development program.

The reason that we start with character development is because I believe that it is the foundation for leadership development. There are many leaders that are able to move up the ranks and climb the ladder of success on their leadership ability. There are also many leaders that fail because of their lack of character. Many leaders find themselves in trouble because of it.

Having integrity and character is a great foundation for leadership development.
