“The job of a leader today is not to create followers. It’s to create more leaders.”  Ralph Nader.  I don’t know what you think about Ralph Nader – this post is not about him, but his quote.

As a leader are you creating more leaders.  It takes a certain level of self-confience and security to be a leader that creates leaders and allows them to lead.  LL8 – talks about how everyone in the organization is expected to lead.  It takes one secure leader to do that.  It takes humility to lead in this one – to be a leader that asks and to not always be one that tells you what to do.
