So I heard this morning on the radio of one of the best ways to kill selfishness.  Before I heard the bit on the radio, I would have suggested that getting married and living with someone is one of the best ways to kill selfishness.  I mean – my selfishness is exposed in almost daily married life.

Now, I’m in no way an expert in how to kill your selfishness, and honestly, the suggest way won’t necessarily kill your selfishness either, but I guess it has the possibility of doing so.  The suggestion given this morning was – having a child.  They suggested that having a child will kill selfishness.

I would change it a bit.  I think it’d either kill selfishness or enlarge it.  Now, how do you kill selfishness?  And for those of you that have children, explain the suggestion of the radio dj’s.
