It was pretty fascinating to listen to Quinton Jackson talk about his UFC alter-ego Rampage Jackson.  He knows Rampage.  He talks about Rampage in third person – not in a way that is not integrated into who he is, but in a way that he knows that he can’t control of Rampage Jackson.  He is afraid of Rampage Jackson.  He talks about how Rampage has gotten him and his bad temper in in alot of trouble.  I know that the interview was on a show, but Rampage was formed because of a rough upbringing.  Quinton articulated it well.
