It’s the world in which we live in. If there is something out there that we do not know or understand, we have to try and figure it out. We look for the universal truth that gives our questions meaning. Even though we might be wrong in our assumptions and arguments, if we can resolve the tension in our minds, we’re cool with it.
But there is something so cool about the tension. There is something about living in the questions that can be intellectually stimulating. There is something about not understanding that propels us forward. Living in the unknown can be scary for most, but fun for others. It’s about risk. It’s about adventure. It’s about accepting ideas by faith.
Don’t be afraid when you might not understand. It makes it more exciting when you don’t.
