I was talking with a friend this week who is running a ton of miles and working out everyday. They are watching what they are eating and physically, just doing all the right things.
They were running and watching what they were eating in order to lose weight, but they weren’t losing weight. Something they said stood out to me. Once they get their spiritual life in order and stress down, that they would then start losing weight.
I know of a few that run and workout tons, but can’t lose weight. It’s really not super profound, but health and balance go together. Healthy is not just a physical thing. It’s emotional and spiritual. I
t’ all of those things put together.
