You all remember the memorable Nike saying – Just Do It. Well, not everyone can just do it. There are some of you can that can’t do it – well, at least when it comes to regulating your state of mind or state of being. Some of you can’t do it. Some of you cannot regulate your emotions so you are stuck in your anxiety, depression, or uncertainty.
Research has suggested that you might be able to snap into action, but you will need to determine the mechanisms to do so plus somehow connect with your sense of self.
