I was at a Starbucks today. There was no one in line. I sat there as a young lady kept cleaning as I stood there waiting to be served. I stood there for awhile then someone else came by and asked if I needed help. If I wasn’t buying a drink for my wife, I would have left. I wanted to tell this young lady that her customer service skills were horrible.
Then on top of that they give you a hard time for asking for a specific drink – because they have conditioned us to customize our drink. So you allow me to be picky and then you give me attitude for ordering what I like. Horrible.
Starbucks wants to be the “third place,” but if you give crappy service, no one’s gonna want to come.
