Part of my research focuses on Virtual Reality.  A major perspective of my research has to do with how we interact in virtual space.

Recently, I heard someone describe the mind as a Virtual Reality Generator.  It generates sensory stimuli for itself and it interprets it.  Your mind creates very real space where very real experiences happen.  To the mind, it’s a very real experience.

So when you dream or even day dream, you create very real experiences and the emotions and thoughts even in the dream can have an impact on you.  Your dreams shape you. What are you dreaming about?
