The Imagine Diet

I’ve been on this kick to read more about conscious vs. subconscious reality or even imagined reality.  So when I see an article about an Imagine Diet, it catches my attention.

Evidently, they’ve done studies that say that if you imagine yourself eating M&M’s that it will actually curb you appetite and make you less likely to fill up on food.  You can read the Imagine Diet article to check it out.  It’s all about the principle of diminishing returns – except you just think that you’re eating and you don’t actually eat anything.

You can think yourself full.  What do you think?
