Have you ever met anyone like that?  It’s that person that just needs to know.  It doesn’t matter what the topic might be – they just need to know what it is that you know.  You might be that person – You Just Need to Know.

I don’t think that there is anything wrong with that.  In some ways, it’s your identity.  It is who you are.  You are one of those people that Just Needs to Know.

I know a few people like that.  Some might say that that is my identity, but I can definitely tell you that there are things that I just don’t need to know.  I have acquaintances that I just don’t care to know anything about.  There is just so much that I don’t know, and don’t really want to spend the time knowing.

The need to know comes from something inside of you.  It could be an insecurity.  It could just be the insatiable desire to learn.  It could be that your brain is so big that you just need to fill it.  Whatever the case may be, it’s not a bad thing.  It’s who you are so don’t apologize for the fact that you Just Need to Know.

Unless of course it’s to gossip – then your identity is just that you’re a Gossip.
