My Strengths Finders 2.0 Top 5

I recently took the Strengths Finder assessment from strengths.gallup.com.  Since this blog has to do with identity, I figured I’d share a glimpse into my identity.  I am using it for a class that I’m teaching.  I was told that I needed to take the assessment years ago, but didn’t until recently.  Here are my top 5.

Command

Futuristic

Ideation

Activator

Individualization

There are a bunch of reports that are produced if you take the assessment.  It really helps with self-discovery and self-awareness.  I’m not sure if it’s legal to share some of the reports.  If you want more info, check out the site.  Mine was quite a surprise for me.  I have enjoyed the insights and the action plan.  I am sure I will blog about my insights.  Thanks for reading.

So were the insights helpful? Have you used the action plan they provide?

I haven’t used the action plan but they were helpful. Since I’m an introvert Realtor was a bit surprising but I was able to see how it applies to my life and helped me better understand myself.
