As a good Christian person, I think I have only ever thought about my thoughts in terms of right and wrong thoughts. I have never thought about my thoughts in terms of quality = valuable thoughts vs. junk thoughts.
i think I heard about this idea on a podcast. Junk thoughts are not great thoughts. Junk thoughts are a waste of time. Junk thoughts take up space and energy.
Don’t get me wrong – I’m not saying that right and wrong thoughts aren’t important. Monitor your thoughts. Monitor wrong thoughts. Monitor junk thoughts. Just don’t waste your time with Junk Thoughts.
