HOW TO USE

STEP 1 — Add the CSS (identityspecialist-additional-css.css)
Go to: WP Admin → Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS
Paste the entire contents of the CSS file there. Save.
STEP 2 — Add the HTML (this file)
Create or edit your Home page in WordPress.
Switch the editor to "Text" or "HTML" mode (not Visual).
Paste everything below this comment block.
STEP 3 — Set as front page
Go to: WP Admin → Settings → Reading
Set "Your homepage displays" to "A static page"
Choose your Home page.
STEP 4 — Replace URLs
Search for href="/" and update slugs to match your pages.
Current slugs used:
/assessment/
/talks/
/coaching/
/about/
/contact/
/talks/formation-and-phones/
/talks/legacy-starts-with-identity/
NOTE: Remove the and
