I follow a few blogs on leadership. Many of them have leadership lessons – and as I look closely at them, they aren’t always leadership lessons for others as much as they are leadership lessons for them. Peppered into this blog, I want to start sharing my leadership lessons. These are the lessons that I’m learning or have learned and probably more correctly – continue to learn. I am sure that there are many other people that have written about these and I probably have borrowed some of them. Just like I wrote about “Ideas,” there are no new ideas – they are just recycled and reused. These leadership lessons are mine – my lessons that I am learning.
I will write them out as blog posts, but organize them here.

I’m so glad I found this group of posts!!! I’ve been starving for good information on leadership and how to go about it. Reading biographies of leaders and books on leadership- as much as I can with what scraps of mental and emotional energy work leaves me… which isn’t much. These are easy to read, relatable, and I’ve gotten to WATCH you live them out. Manna to a tired leader heart!!! THANK YOU!!!!!
Haha. Musings and lessons. But they’ve all shaped me somehow. Just thoughts but I use them to this day.
