Integrated Selves and Identity

Each one of you is an integrated self – every single self that you’ve created – every single self that is truly you – each self is integrated.  The sum total is your identity.  Each individual part self – could also be your identity.  Each piece by itself or in total is who you are.  You cannot separate who you are from either your part or your sum.

So what is my point?

We tend to live our lives as dis-integrated – as if one area of your life is separate from the other aspects.   Have you ever had anyone ask you how your “spiritual life” was – as if it was different or dis-integrated from the rest of you?  You’re all connected.
