All you have to do is answer a few questions. Download the iPhone app so that they can ping you every now and then. You can then tell them how happy you are.

I do want to tell you that you don’t need an app to know. You can just choose it. Just saying.
I wish I had an iPhone so that I could use this app because I’m curious to see if there is any sort of pattern. I’m afraid that with that reminder prompt to record it, I wouldn’t keep track for more than a day.
Amanda – you don’t need the app. What makes you happy? What do you do that makes you happy? Daily?
Honestly- perhaps even too honest – that’s what my counselor and I are trying to figure out.
