So evidently, you can look on your Facebook wall and it’ll boost self-esteem. Typically, people only write positive things on your wall. You can look on your wall and see all of these nice things that people say about you. Here’s mine.
What happens when you start looking at it too much is that you start needing it. You experience withdrawals, and next thing you know, you’re hooked. You’re addicted. It becomes your new drug. You need a fix.
