I’ve read about personality leakage before.  All that means is that you are able to see someone’s  personality as you watch their behavior and their actions.

I’ve never read about Identity Leakage, but I figure we can make it up right.  Just use the same principles.  All it is is looking for insights into identity as you watch their behavior and actions.  I guess you need to know about some insights in order to know what to look for.

I’ve written about how Everything Forms.  No matter what you do – every experience and relationship forms your identity.  Similarly, you leak identity no matter what you do.   You can’t help but have identity.  You can’t help but have your identity form.  You can’t help but leak identity.  Even when you’re faking something – you’re giving insight into who you are.
